    Umbraco v4.11.4 DatePicker with Time [possible issue]

    I have a Document Type that has the standard DatePicker with Time property on it but in the Content section the time picker doesn't show up. I have zero's but I manually have to type in the time and if I click off or a different day it resets it back to 00:00. Does anyone else have this issue or is this a bug?
